‘Support during the COVID-19 crisis’

Since the end of last week we have been working around the clock to support entrepreneurs and their teams in these extremely challenging times. The consequences of COVID-19 affect us all and have major (financial) impact on organisations and companies. At the same time, this epidemic brings out the best in people, from creativity to collaboration and solidarity. And we experience an unprecedented digital transition in almost all sectors. Of course, securing continuity is your first priority. But right now, there are also opportunities to prepare yourself for what’s next by reshaping your business model and updating your strategy, so that you can (re)start from pole position when things are improving.

At Sativus we have been able to help eight organisations already (from start-ups to NGO’s coming from sectors such as: retail, culture, tech and e-commerce). If you would like to discuss your strategy for the coming period, re-invent your business model or need feedback on your ‘survival plan’ in order to lead your organization through this crisis, please contact us, we are in this together!
