Use of Personal Data
When using our website, we obtain certain information from you. This is your personal data. We only keep and use the personal data provided by you directly, in the context of the service you request, or of which it is clear that they are provided to us to process.
We use the following data for the purposes mentioned in this privacy statement:

We may also inform you about our new products and services in addition to the information on our website:

Newsletter
We offer a newsletter which we use to inform interested parties about our products and / or services. Every newsletter contains a link which you can use to unsubscribe. Your e-mail address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your explicit permission.

We do not publish your customer data.

Provision to Third Parties
We can pass on your details to our partners. These partners are involved in the execution of the agreement. These partners are (also) based outside the EU. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our website and thereby map the user processes in order to continually improve the website. We have concluded a processing agreement with Google and made agreements about the handling of our data. The usage data is automatically deleted after 12 months. Furthermore, we have not allowed Google Analytics to use the obtained information for other Google services, as a final touch we anonymise the IP addresses.
Security
We take security measures to limit abuse of and unauthorised access to personal data. In particular, we take the following measures:
• Access to personal data is protected with a user name and password;
• We take physical measures to protect access to the systems on which personal data is stored;
• We use secured connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) which protects all information between you and our website when you enter your personal data.
Retention Periods
The personal data as described above is retained for as long as necessary to process your order, including warranty. We then store data for a maximum of one year for the statistical purposes described. The data will then be erased unless there is a statutory obligation that requires longer storage (such as the seven-year fiscal retention obligation for payment data).

This privacy statement does not apply to third party websites that are connected to our website through the use of links. Complaints about Personal Data
Of course we would be happy to help you if you have complaints about the processing of your personal data. Under the privacy legislation, you also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority against this processing of personal data.
